Tomorrow is a day people call it "Valentine".
I don't know why people seems to be very addicted to it.
If you have your accompany, that's good for you to express your own feeling to him/her.
But if you don't have one, why you're gonna let those merchants to affect or control your emotion and consider yourself as a miserable human that don't have one?
"The opposite of love is not hatred but neglect."
"Be happy, be yourself."
