It's good to be honest when you connecting with people.
But it's seems not so good for most companies in TW when you're having an interview.
I had an interview this Monday, and I was rejected.
The reason of rejection is that I have too much own thoughts, such as I told them my career plan is to go aborad, and I don't want to be overtime very often.
The job agent told me that I can be myself, but don't talk too much on interview. Especially "not to be overtime" for most "boss" in Taiwan is regard as "not working hard". What the hell.
But sometimes you just need to do some adaptation for different culture. Maybe I'll figure out what I should tell them in the next interview.
